FAQs
As part of my photography services, I do not provide RAW files to clients. These unprocessed files are the digital equivalent of a film negative intended for editing and refinement rather than direct use. My creative process includes carefully curating and retouching each image to ensure it reflects both your personality and my artistic standards. By delivering only fully edited, high-resolution photos, I maintain the quality and consistency that my clients expect and deserve.
Editing is at the discretion of the photographer.
Do you offer payment plans?
Payment plans are only available for weddings.
Do you take checks?
We do not take checks because they can be less secure and take longer to process compared to other payment methods.
When is my payment due?
The photographer should have given you a deadline. However, usually payments are due in two parts: half now and the other half is due 7 days before the shoot. If it’s a last-minute week of session booking, then the full payment is due the day that the client schedules their session.
What to expect when you book your session.
When you book your session with me, 50% is required as a downpayment. I will either send you an invoice or you can choose to use Venmo or Cash App.
I will send you a questionnaire via email to fill out regarding styling your session and your session expectations. I will send you a contract that will need to be approved. I will also send over an advertisement agreement that is optional to approve.
Once these three items are taken care of, I will start to style your session, and we will communicate with each other on posing and editing styles that match what you are looking for in your session. If you would like ideas and suggestions for clothing/shoes and props I would be happy to help you.
The day before your session you will receive a reminder via Facebook or email.
What happens if I cancel my session, and I already paid the first half of my payment?
We have a NON-REFUNDABLE clause for cancellations. However, if you would like to reschedule- that is an option.
Weather
If the weather is bad-Raining, Heavily Snowing, Sleeting or extreme winter temperatures your session may be rescheduled by the photographer.
Mini Session Days
Your session starts at the scheduled and ends at the time scheduled. If you are late for your session, the session time does not extend, and discounted rates for time missed are not offered.
Gallery delivery
All galleries have a completion time of two weeks. Wedding galleries have a four-to-eight-week completion time.
